3. Subscription and Payment
- PulseSync operates on a subscription model. Users must subscribe to one of the offered plans to access and maintain the service.
- Payments are processed monthly or annually, depending on the subscription selected.
- Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services, including removal of your mobile app from the app stores.
- PulseSync reserves the right to change subscription fees with prior notice to the User.
4. User Responsibilities

- The content and operation of the website being converted must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

5. Intellectual Property
- PulseSync retains ownership of all intellectual property related to the PulseSync platform and services.
- The User retains ownership of their website and content; however, PulseSync may make necessary modifications to the website’s design and structure to enable app functionality.
- Users grant PulseSync a license to use, display, and modify their website content for the purpose of converting it into a mobile app.
6. App Store Compliance
- PulseSync will assist in submitting your mobile app to the App Store and Google Play. However, we cannot guarantee acceptance by these platforms, as they have their own review processes and policies.
- PulseSync is not responsible for delays or rejections caused by non-compliance with app store guidelines. Users must ensure that their content complies with both Apple and Google’s requirements.
7. Cancellation and Termination
- Users may cancel their subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, PulseSync will cease providing services, and the associated mobile app will be removed from the App Store and Google Play.
- PulseSync reserves the right to terminate services if the User violates these Terms, fails to make timely payments, or engages in illegal or harmful activities.
8. Refund Policy
- Subscription fees are non-refundable. Users who cancel their subscription mid-term will not receive a refund for the unused portion of the service.

9. Limitation of Liability
