Cancellation and Termination
User Cancellation:
Users may cancel their subscription at any time by accessing their account settings or contacting PulseSync support. Upon cancellation, the following will apply:- Service Access: Users will continue to have access to the service until the end of their current billing cycle. After this period, all services will be terminated, and the mobile app will be removed from both the App Store and Google Play.
- Data and App Removal: PulseSync will retain your app data for a period of 30 days after cancellation, during which time you may request to restore your subscription. After this period, all app data will be permanently deleted, and reactivation will require a new subscription and app creation process.
PulseSync Termination:
PulseSync reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in illegal or unethical activities, or fail to make timely payments. In such cases:- No refunds will be provided for the remainder of the billing period.
- Your app will be removed from the App Store and Google Play immediately.
8. Refund Policy
No Refunds for Early Cancellation:
Subscription fees are non-refundable, and no partial refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing cycle (monthly or annual). You will retain access to the service until the end of the period for which you have paid.Exceptions:
Refunds may be considered in specific situations at the sole discretion of PulseSync, such as:- If a technical failure on PulseSync’s part prevents the completion of the mobile app conversion.
- If there is a significant delay in service delivery beyond the communicated time frame (7-14 business days) due to PulseSync’s negligence.
App Store/Google Play Rejection:
If your app is rejected by the App Store or Google Play due to non-compliance with their guidelines, PulseSync will work with you to resolve the issue. However, refunds will not be provided if the app is ultimately rejected due to content or policy violations originating from your website.Plan Upgrades/Downgrades:
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your subscription, any price difference will be applied in the next billing cycle. Refunds will not be provided for downgrades made during an active billing cycle.
